Shipping policy

Currently, we deliver all Fragrances via Royal Mail and Evri.

Orders placed by 2pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day, subject to manufacturing capacity for that day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm and orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

We provide free shipping to all our UK customers.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are service names used by Royal Mail and do not guarantee delivery within 24 or 48 hours. These terms are part of Royal Mail’s terminology. Delivery for Tracked 24 typically takes a couple of working days post-dispatch, while Tracked 48 also reflects an estimated delivery timeframe rather than a strict guarantee.
