We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:
Unused Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, to qualify for a refund, the fragrance must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with the security tag fully intact. Any tampered or removed tags will void eligibility for a return.
Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottles), please provide clear photos with visible time stamps as evidence. Contact our support team immediately to start the return process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
